During my Xmas stay, the accommodation had two standout features. the staff provided exceptional service, showing a great deal of care and attention to detail. the location of the apartment was fantastic. It was situated close to key amenities, such as supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. This made it very convenient for me to do some last-minute Xmas shopping. the apartment had a very cosy and homely feel to it, which made me feel relaxed and comfortable during my stay.

Despite these positive aspects, there were a few areas for improvement. One downside was the lack of kitchen utensils and equipment.

The Chengpin Apartment in Shenzhen offers a spacious and comfortable environment, perfect for up to three people. The location is convenient, only a short walk from the main metro line. The staff provides warm and thoughtful service, making guests feel at home. The rooms are clean and neat, and the pricing is reasonable. Amenities such as a powerful shower and a comfortable mattress enhance the overall experience. The presence of a working table is also appreciated.

Some of the rooms had a bad sewer smell in the bathroom according to a few previous guests.

I had a great stay at this hotel near the main metro line. The location was super convenient for me since it was just a few minutes' walk away, which made traveling around this city so easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic, and I noticed that the staff worked hard to keep everything spotless. Plus, the hotel facilities were great, which made my stay even more comfortable.
